PENSACOLA:
Rate: $350/hr (negotiable if able to cover a lot of shifts)
Hourse: 8,10,12 hours
Weekend Call (12 hours): $600
Week night call 12 hours: $600
Level 1 Trauma and Pediatric Trauma Center. Have to be comfortable with PEDS however willing to discuss PEDS on case by case. Comfortable with CV and OB is recommended not required.
CRNAs are supervised, Anesthesiologist to provide 20% procedures independently
Types of Cases: Cardiac, Thoracic, OB, Peds, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma, Gen Surg,
On Call Saturday, Sundays 12 hours
PANAMA CITY:
Provider must give a physical address 60 minutes away from the hospital
Hospital is Level 2 trauma center
Rate: $400/hr
Hours: 8,10,12 hours
Weekend Call (24 hours): $1000
Week night call 12 hours: $600
EMR: CERNER
11 anesthetizing sites
CRNAs are supervised, Anesthesiologist to provide 20% procedures independently
Types of cases, Cardiac, Thorac, OB, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma, Gen surg, Gi, TEE, podiatriy, plastis, OMF, Endo, ENT, Urology, Spine
MINA will cover, Travel, Lodging and Malpractice Insurance
