Job description
Locum tenens anesthesiology coverage at a community hospital and surgery center in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, December 27 to 31. The practice mixes medically directed cases with CRNAs and CAAs and solo cases, with anesthesia tech support during the week. Adults and healthy pediatric patients, with a case mix of general surgery, GYN, OB, vascular, urology, neuro/spine, ortho, healthy pediatric ENT and dental, EP, and GI. General locum weeks and call do not include hearts. Pay is $392.70 an hour for day shifts, $2,302.30 for a 24-hour call, $1,201.20 per night call, and $455.46 an hour for call-back. Travel and lodging are covered.
Job Responsibilities
- Medically direct CRNAs and CAAs and manage solo cases
- Take first or second call, weekday and weekend, as a solo physician
- Care for adult and healthy pediatric patients across the listed case mix
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin license
- Active DEA
- Facility vaccine policy applies
