Position Overview
In this role, you will manage a caseload of 15 patients within an inpatient setting, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes nurse practitioners and social workers. Your responsibilities will include psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, and patient education. You'll be part of a forward-thinking hospital that is expanding its facilities to better serve the community.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $290,000-$325,000, commensurate with experience
- Sign-on and retention bonuses
- Additional compensation for extra duties
- 28 days of PTO in the first year, plus paid holidays
