Job description
The Department of Anesthesiology at Yale School of Medicine is seeking full-time Anesthesiologists at the Assistant or Associate Professor level to join our growing academic practice. Opportunities are currently available in New Haven, Connecticut, as well as at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital in New London, Connecticut.
We welcome applications from General Anesthesiologists as well as physicians with fellowship training or specialized expertise, including Pain Medicine. Candidates with formal post-residency subspecialty training may have opportunities to incorporate their area of expertise into their clinical practice based on departmental needs and individual interests.
Faculty will provide high-quality perioperative and anesthesiology care while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across Yale School of Medicine and Yale New Haven Health. The position also provides opportunities to participate in the education and mentorship of residents and fellows.
For candidates interested in academic development, opportunities may also be available in clinical and translational research, outcomes research, quality improvement, and other scholarly activities.

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Connecticut
Fellowship training required for candidates practicing within a recognized anesthesiology subspecialty
