Specialty: Board Certified Anesthesiologist
Client: VAMC
Location: Albany, NY
Dates coverage is needed: as soon as onboarding is completed – 1 year (with 4 option periods) – anticipated start date mid Jan
Schedule/Shifts Times: Monday – Friday, 7am – 5:30pm
Call Requirements: Will take call while on assignment
Patient Volume: Daily case volume will vary based on OR schedule and case complexity; physician will manage assigned cases throughout the scheduled workday and may receive additional assignments if cases conclude early
Patient Ages: Adults only
Job Responsibilities
Procedures Required: Comprehensive anesthesiology coverage for OR and procedural services, including cardiac, orthopedic, vascular, thoracic, neurosurgical, ENT, urologic, ophthalmologic, GI, cath lab/EP, ECT, acute pain, emergency airway management, and diagnostic TEE
Type of Charting: EMR - CPRS
Qualifications
Credentialing Timeframe: 8-10 weeks on avg
Working Hours
Schedule/Shifts Times: Monday – Friday, 7am – 5:30pm
Call Requirements: Will take call while on assignment
