About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist to join our outpatient endoscopy practice serving patients in Middletown and New Windsor, NY.
This is an exclusively low-acuity, outpatient-based anesthesia position focused on routine endoscopic procedures. There are no complex cases, no inpatient responsibilities, and no overnight call.
Providers are assigned to one location per shift, with no travel between sites during the workday, providing a predictable schedule and excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care, including MAC/sedation, for routine outpatient endoscopic procedures such as colonoscopies and upper endoscopies

Perform pre-procedure anesthesia assessments and develop appropriate anesthesia plans

Care for primarily ASA IโII, low-risk patients

Monitor patients throughout procedures and manage recovery through discharge

Collaborate with gastroenterologists, nursing staff, and endoscopy team members

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Participate in quality assurance and patient safety initiatives as needed
Practice Highlights

Single-Site Assignments: Work at either Middletown or New Windsor each shift

Qualifications
-
MD or DO degree
-
Completion of an Anesthesiology residency
-
Board Certified in Anesthesiology
-
Active, unrestricted medical license in New York

Current DEA registration
-
BLS and ACLS certification
-
Experience with MAC/sedation anesthesia in an endoscopy or ambulatory setting preferred
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $400,000 + Bonus Potential

Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 with receipts
