ANESTHESIA NEEDS: Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30p plus assigned after-hours call on weekdays and weekends.
***Client has 8hrs of Non-Billable hours for orientation hours
***Include 4hrs of gratis for all CALL***

Demographics- All ages
Average Patient per day Variable 5 to 15 patient contacts
Facility Type: Critical Access
Trauma Level: Adult IV
REQUIRED- General OR Cases, OB Department Support, ED Support, Occasional A-line & Central Line
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs)
LICENSED- Yes, active AK license in hand at time of present
REQUIRED CERTS- BLS, SCLS, PALS, Desire NRP & ATLS
EMR- EPIC Proficient user
