This facility is seeking an Optometry Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: September-November to start, potential for extension | Four days per week, Monday-Thursday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
- Practice Setting: Clinic
- Types of Cases: General Optometry
- Credentialing Timeframe: ~30-60 days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): To be determined
- Certifications Required: Board Certification
- Licensure Required: Must have Wyoming License
