Contract Details
- Location: Fond du Lac, WI
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 5, Day (8 Hours) 7:00 - 15:00
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC Anesthesiology
- License Required: WI
- Procedures: General surgery, GYN, OB, vascular, urology, neuro/spine, ortho, healthy pediatric ENT/dental, EP, and GI. Cardiac coverage includes open-heart cases and TAVRs.
- Patient Population/Age: Adult and healthy pediatric patients
