Contract Details
- Location: Cottonwood, AZ
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 5, Day (8 Hours) 6:45 - 15:00
- Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- License Required: AZ or IMLC
- DEA: Yes
- Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS
- Special Procedures: OB anesthesia; endoscopy under propofol infusion
- Minimum Experience Required: Current OB anesthesia experience required
- Support Staff: CRNAs and nurses
- Patient Population/Age: All ages
- Patients per Day: 4–8
