Contract Details
Shifts: M-F; 7am-3pm or 7am-5pm. Call on weekdays and weekends, 7am-7am.
Support staff: Anesthesia tech support during the week and with cardiac cases while on call; CRNAs/CAAs in medically directed cases
Coverage Type: General anesthesiology with some cardiac anesthesiology needs
Facility Type: Hospital and surgery center
Practice Setting: Community hospital; mix of medical direction with CRNAs/CAAs and solo cases.
Patient Age Group: Adult and healthy pediatric patients
Procedures: General surgery, GYN, OB, vascular, urology, neuro/spine, ortho, healthy pediatric ENT/dental, EP, and GI. Cardiac coverage includes open-heart cases and TAVRs. General locum weeks/call do not include hearts.
Equipment: TEE; TEE skills required for cardiac coverage
Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Anesthesiology
