Requirements: BC/BE Anesthesiologist, Cardiac Fellowship, TEE Certification, active Texas license
Core Skills: Cardiac anesthesia, trauma, neurosurgery, NICU, orthopedics, oncology, vascular, GI, ENT, general surgery, and urology cases
Setting: High-acuity hospital-based anesthesia practice
Support: Care team model with CRNAs; supervisory and solo cardiac cases
Credentialing: Active Texas license required at submission
