A physician-led anesthesia group in Palm Coast, Florida is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join a hospital-managed anesthesia program serving acute care and ambulatory surgery settings. This is an opportunity to practice in a modern surgical environment with advanced technology, a diverse case mix, minimal call, and a strong emphasis on work–life balance and collegiality.
Practice Highlights
Hospital?managed, physician?led anesthesia program
Join an experienced team of approximately 9 anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs
Care team model with ~95% medical direction / ~5% personally performed cases
Minimal call responsibilities
Collaborative environment where anesthesiologists and CRNAs work closely together
Opportunity to practice at the top of your license while leading a highly skilled anesthesia care team
Clinical practice spans inpatient operating rooms and an ambulatory surgery center

Integral role in supporting Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocols within a strong and expanding orthopedic program
