Locums Anesthesiologist Opportunity | Central Illinois 🚨
Looking for a flexible locums assignment at a busy Level I Trauma Center? We're seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist for an ongoing opportunity in Central Illinois with a predictable schedule and excellent compensation.
Highlights
✅ $400/hour + travel expenses or $1,200 travel stipend
✅ 1–2 weeks per month
✅ 5x10-hour shifts (50 hours/week)
✅ Monday–Friday only – No Call & No Weekends
✅ Emergency privileges available in 3–4 weeks.
✅ EPIC EMR
Assignment Details
- 4-month scheduling blocks released three times per year
- Providers submit availability in advance for upcoming schedule blocks
- High-volume practice supervising CRNAs
- Level I Trauma Center
- Cases include:
- Bread & Butter Anesthesia
- Orthopedics
- Level I Trauma
- OB and Cardiac experience welcomed but not required
- Treat patients of all ages
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Active Illinois license required at time of submission
- Must be comfortable with high-acuity patients
- EPIC experience preferred
Travel & Perks
- Flights, lodging, rental car or mileage covered (or $1,200 travel stipend)
- $1,000 holiday bonus for Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day (providers are not scheduled to work the holiday but must remain in the area if traveling)
