Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Schedule: OB Shift (7am- 7pm) -Provider will be inhouse from 7a-3p (billed at the regular hourly rate – 8hrs) -Then on call from 3p-7p (billed as one unit of the night call rate and if physically called in between 3p-7p then call back rate will apply immediately) Eve (2) Shift (3pm-7am) -Provider will be inhouse from 3p-11p (billed at the regular hourly rate- 8hrs) -Then on call from 11p-7a (billed as one unit of the night call rate and if physically called in between 11p-7a then call back rate will apply immediately).

Requirements
· Board Certification: BC only or truly BE
· License required: Active
· DEA: Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
