Overview:
* Seeking BC/BE Anesthesiologist in Waterloo, IA
* $680,000 total compensation | 200 shifts
* $150,000 sign-on bonus
* 12 weeks of vacation
* 1:10 call | Night float
* ~90% own cases | ~10% CRNA supervision
* Bread-and-butter case mix | No open-heart
Practice Highlights:
* Join a physician-led, employed anesthesiology group offering a hands-on clinical role with minimal supervision responsibilities.
* This position is designed for anesthesiologists seeking strong compensation, predictable scheduling, and long-term sustainability.
* Case Mix: General surgery, orthopedics, spine, ENT, urology, pediatrics, OB, bariatrics, podiatry, ophthalmology, interventional radiology, neurosurgery (spine only), and EP lab.
Compensation & Benefits:
* $680K total compensation
* $150K sign-on bonus
