HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital is seeking a Board Certified Anesthesiologist to serve as Medical Director of Anesthesiology at our growing program in Brooksville, Florida, less than one hour north of Tampa.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced anesthesiologist seeking a blend of clinical practice, leadership, and resident education within a collaborative and rapidly expanding academic environment.

- Supervision model of 1:4 with CRNAs and 1:2 with residents
- Diverse case mix including General, Orthopedics, Thoracic, Vascular, OB, GI, Endoscopy, and Cardiac (dedicated cardiac team)
- No Trauma and No Pediatrics
- Monday-Friday schedule with post-call day off
- 10 weeks PTO

Qualified Candidates:
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology
- Previous leadership experience strongly preferred
- Passion for teaching, mentorship, and physician development
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and team leadership skills
- Eligible for or able to obtain an unrestricted Florida medical license
