Contract Details
- Location: Burlingame, CA
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 5, Day (10 Hours) 7:00 - 17:00
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: BE or BC
- License Required: CA
- DEA: yes
- Certifications preferred: BLS, ACLS - must be AHA
- Minimum Experience Required: 2 years. Must have recent experience at tertiary care centers
- Support Staff: CRNA
- Patient Population/Age: adults and adolescents 13yo+
