WPA Medicine Staffing is seeking Board Certified Anesthesiologists for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Pennsylvania. This assignment provides coverage at both a hospital and ambulatory surgery center, offering a consistent weekday schedule with no call responsibilities.

Opportunity Overview
WPA Medicine Staffing is seeking at least two Anesthesiologists to support ongoing coverage needs at both a hospital and surgery center. Providers will be credentialed and expected to work at both facilities as needed.
This opportunity offers a predictable weekday schedule and a collaborative practice environment with a significant outpatient procedural volume.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for surgical and procedural cases
- Deliver care across both hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings
- Manage patients throughout the perioperative continuum
- Work independently while collaborating with surgeons, nursing staff, and procedural teams
- Support high-volume GI procedural services
Practice Environment
- Solo Anesthesiologist Coverage
- High-volume outpatient procedural setting
- Up to four GI rooms may be operating simultaneously under one anesthesiologist
- Collaborative multidisciplinary team
Requirements
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology
- Active Pennsylvania Medical License
- Active Pennsylvania DEA
- IMLC Candidates Accepted
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable supervising and managing up to four active GI procedure rooms
Presentation Requirements

- Current NPDB Self-Query
- Confirmation that the provider is comfortable covering up to four GI rooms simultaneously
- Confirmation that the provider is willing to work at both facilities
Important: Providers must be willing to provide coverage at both the hospital and surgery center. Candidates seeking assignment at only one location will not be considered.
