Schedule: 8–10 hour day shifts; minimum 3 weeks per month coverage required
Setting: Hospital-based anesthesia services within a medical direction model
Patient Volume: Approximately 3–4 cases per day
Required Skills: General anesthesia across a wide range of cases including GI, general surgery, neuro, cardiovascular/thoracic, vascular, burns, and plastics
Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible required (Anesthesiology)
Licensure: Alabama license required
Support: Care team model with anesthesiologist supervision (1:3–4 ratio) and collaborative OR environment
