- $450.00/hour
- Start: August 2026
- Coverage need for August, November, and December
- Shifts: Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts;
- Indiana medical license required; Board Certified or Board Eligible (must obtain certification within 5 years of residency);
- EMR: Epic
- Location: Indiana
