Requirements
- Active Indiana License
- Indiana DEA
- Indiana CSR
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- BLS Required
- Clean Background
- No NPDB Concerns
Compensation
- $450/hr Regular Hours
- $470/hr Callback/Overtime
- Travel Paid
