Overview:
* Leadership opportunity combining active clinical practice with departmental oversight
* Provide anesthesia services for a broad range of surgical and procedural cases
* Deliver comprehensive perioperative care including preoperative evaluations and postoperative management
* Collaborate closely with surgeons, CRNAs, nursing staff, and hospital leadership
* Light 1:6 call schedule
* Lead quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory initiatives
* Support physician and CRNA recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring
* Assist with scheduling, resource utilization, and operational efficiency
* Participate in hospital committees and strategic planning initiatives
* Promote evidence-based practices and continuing education within the department
