- Location: Kendallville, IN
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 5, Day (8 Hours) 7:00 - 15:00
- Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC
- License Required: IN
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Special Procedures: Epidural and regional blocks skills required
- Type of cases required: ENDO, OB/GYN, Peds, General, ORTHO
- Any supervision? MDs onsite - little to no supervision
