• Level I Trauma Center
• Patient Acuity: High-acuity tertiary referral center
• Reason for Coverage: Additional coverage needed
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• Board Certification: Required (ABMS or AOA)
• Primary Skill Set: Adult Anesthesia
• EMR: Epic
• Care Model: Medical Direction Model
o 80–90% supervision
o 10–20% solo cases
• Supervision Expectations:
o Supervision of CRNAs expected
o Supervision of residents possible
• Case Mix Exclusions:
o No cardiac cases
o No OB cases
OR Support & Workflow
• Ancillary Support: Anesthesia technicians available
• Postoperative Disposition: Patients transfer to PACU or ICU following procedures
