- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 5, Day (8 Hours) 7:00 - 14:00
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC/BE (If BE, provide year of residency was completed)
- License Required: FL
- DEA: yes
- Must have active PALS, ACLS, AHA, BLS and TB Test
- Special Procedures: PEDS Heavy
- Types of cases: Bariatric, ENT, IR, GYN, Podiatry, Spine, Urology, Endo, OMFS, Dental, Plastics
