Position Responsibilities

🔹 Evaluate patients prior to surgical procedures, including review of medical history, medications, and risk factors

🔹 Develop individualized anesthesia care plans

🔹 Administer and monitor anesthesia before, during, and after surgical procedures

🔹 Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process

🔹 Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

🔹 Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Required Qualifications

✔ M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine

✔ Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency Program

✔ Minimum of three (3) years of clinical anesthesiology experience

✔ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology

✔ Active Nevada Medical License (or ability to obtain)

✔ Nevada Pharmacy Board License to Prescribe Medications

✔ DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Board Certified in Anesthesiology

⭐ Fellowship training or Board Certification in Pediatrics is preferred but not required

Preferred Certifications

✅ Basic Life Support (BLS)

✅ Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

✅ Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
