- Location: Lewisburg, PA
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 4, Mid (16 Hours) 15:00 - 7:00
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: BE or BC
- License Required: PA or IMLC LOQ
- DEA: no
- Special Procedures: Vascular, OB/GYN, General, GI, Peds, Plastics, Ortho, Robotics, Urology
- Minimum Experience Required: 2 years preferred
- Certifications required: ACLS PALS
- Patient Population/Age: All ages
