Anesthesiology Opportunity – South Carolina
A leading physician-led healthcare organization in South Carolina is seeking a BE/BC Anesthesiologist to join a growing anesthesia team in the scenic foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. This opportunity offers a collaborative work environment, diverse case mix, leadership potential, and excellent compensation within one of the largest anesthesia groups in the state.
Position Highlights
• Join an established team of 6 Anesthesiologists and 20 CRNAs
• Collaborative physician-led anesthesia practice environment
• Practice across 6 operating rooms, 3-room endoscopy suite, and interventional pain clinic
• Diverse case mix including Orthopedics, General Surgery, Robotic Surgery, GYN, ENT, Urology, and healthy Pediatrics
• Significant non-operating room anesthesia volume primarily focused on endoscopy services
• Obstetrical anesthesia exposure with approximately 700 labor anesthetics annually
• Opportunity to participate in a busy pain management clinic with thousands of annual patient encounters
• Home call schedule averaging every 6th night and every 6th weekend
• Post-call day typically off
• Leadership opportunities available within the department
• Opportunity for additional clinical work across multiple regional campuses if desired
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive base salary of approximately $525,000
• Additional stipend opportunities for CCU-related services
• Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus available
