Contract Details
- Location: Dover, New Hampshire
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Anticipated Start Date: 8/1/2026
- Shift/Schedule Details: Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm (flexible to work 4 days/week) ; 2-4 weeks/month needed
- Call Structure: Optional call from 6pm - 7am
- Contract Length: Ongoing
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90+ days
- Case Mix/Procedural Requirements: General, ortho, urology, ENT (some peds), vascular, thoracic (no cardiac or intracranial neuro)
- Patient Population/Volume:
- Department Model/Support Staff: MD will be supervising about 3 out of the 5 days a week. There are only CRNAs, no residents when supervising.
- EMR: EPIC
General Requirements:
- State License: NH
- Board-Certification: Required
- Life Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- DEA/CSR: DEA Required
