A facility in Pennsylvania is seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist for a locum tenens assignment with flexible scheduling and ongoing coverage potential.
- No weekends
- No Call
-Special Procedures: A-Line, Central Line
-Skills required: Management of complex or difficult airways (use of fiber-optic equipment), Proficiency with difficult IV access (A-Line, Central Line), Ability to work and lead in a fast-paced team model work environment, Ability to ambulate and navigate long distances with operative environment
- Case mix - General, Surgery, Vascular, Ortho, OB, Neuro, Endo, Dental, some transplant (No peds or ICU needed)
- Department description: Level 1 trauma with a burn center, 30 OR’s
- EMR: EPIC
- Hospital bed size: 837
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- State license required: required – IMLC accepted
- DEA: required
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
Schedule:
- 8hr shifts and 10hr shifts available- No weekends
- No Call
Details:
- Support staff: Admin team, CRNA’s, and other Anes MD’s (The anesthesiologists will supervise CRNA’s, Locums will not be supervising residents).-Special Procedures: A-Line, Central Line
