Specialty: Anesthesiologist
Start Date: June 3rd
Contract Length: June Coverage : 3rd, 10th, 11th, 15th, 19th, 25th, 26th, 29th
Shift Details: Specific Coverage Dates needed
Schedule: Mon – Fri (6am-5pm or when cases end)
• No nights, no weekends, no call
• Cases per day: 5-8 cases per day; this number could fluctuate from day to day
Work Details:
Support staff: 1 CRNA
· Amount of coverage needed per month: 8 shifts listed
· Patients per day: 5-8 cases per day; this number could fluctuate from day to day
· Patient population/age:
· Department description: Outpatient ASC
· EMR: Hybrid - both EMR and Paper
· Hospital bed size: 2 total ORs
· Special procedures: : All ENT and Cosmetic cases. (No podiatry, no ortho, no OB)
· Skills required:
Practice Setting:
• Ambulatory Surgery Center
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License required: Yes GA
· DEA: Yes
· Minimum experience required: 2 years
Credentialing Timeframe: Up to 30 days
