* Bread-and-butter anesthesia practice
* Compressed schedule: week on / week off (Monday–Friday)
* Only 4 weekend shifts per year
* No cardiac, trauma, or acute pediatric cases

* Coverage includes OR and Labor & Delivery
* 7 operating rooms
