Hospital employed CRNA opportunity in Southwestern Indiana. The hospital has 3 providers on a day based on-call schedule. The schedule is Monday-Friday 7am-3pm.
Hospital Employee, Traditional. $270-280K Salary OR Income Guarantee. Production Incentives available. Signing Bonus available, contact us for details. Relocation Bonus available. CME up to 1 week and $5,000 available. Retirement plan provided. 10 weeks of PTO or 400 hours.
