Overview:
* Seeking Board Eligible or Board Certified Anesthesiologist
* Collaborative team environment with strong CRNA support
* Primarily 1:1 care model with occasional 2:1 supervision
* Shared call schedule with home call (15-minute response time)
* Flexible scheduling with ability to tailor call volume
* Mix of 8-hour shifts and shorter post-call shifts
* No open-heart, intracranial neurosurgery, or high-acuity pediatric cases
* Manage OB, epidurals, and general surgical cases
* Opportunity to teach residents in Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine programs
* Strong emphasis on work-life balance with ~7 weeks PTO annually
