Schedule: M–F 7a–3p + call (3p–7a)
Coverage: July 14–15, Dec 25–27 + ongoing full weeks
Cases: General, Ortho, OB (~275 deliveries/year), GYN, Ophthalmology, Podiatry
Model: Independent (MDs & CRNAs have equal autonomy)
Skills: OB + spinals/epidurals/blocks required (case logs required – 250/year)
