Start Date: 07-20-2026
End Date: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: We are in need of 1-2 providers to help with covering a full time need. Schedule will be Monday- Friday from 7am-4pm. Ideally providers should be able to cover one month on, one month off or than 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. No call in this position

· Support staff: Yes
· Patients per shift: 8
· Patient population/age: adult, peds
· Providers Requested: 2
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: general, adult, peds, vent management, evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues
Practice Setting:
• Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active CA License Only
· Minimum experience required: 2 years
· DEA: Yes
· Include current number of case logs upon presentation for surgical specialties.
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
