- Must be willing to float between multiple locations
- Case Mix: General, Cardiac, Dermatology, ENT, GI, GYN, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Ortho, Plastics, Podiatry, Thoracic, Radiology, Urology, Vascular, OB. CABG and valve cases
- Staffing model: 6 physicians, 14 CRNAs
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: BC, Cardiac fellowship
- Credentialing: 90 days
