HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking BC BE Anesthesiologists to join the hospital employed team at HCA Florida Citrus Hospital in Inverness Florida. This is a newly transitioned program within a stable and growing anesthesia services model.
Inverness is located approximately 30 minutes from The Villages and just over one hour from Orlando.
Position Highlights
- Anesthesia care team with 4 anesthesiologists and 15 advanced practice providers
- Coverage includes 10 ORs plus Endoscopy across 7 sites of service including OB
- Approximately 4800 annual cases and 500 deliveries
- CRNAs cover obstetrics
- Case mix includes general ortho spine vascular OB GI and diagnostic imaging
- No cardiac no neuro head cases and no trauma
- Regional block proficiency required
Schedule
- Four week rotating schedule
- Two weeks of Monday through Friday 7a to 5p
- Third week includes late cases and beeper call from 7p to 7a
- Fourth week off
- Total of approximately 13 weeks off annually
