Licensure & Certifications:
Candidates must hold current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (AHA-approved), along with an active medical license and DEA registration.Schedule & Call:
- Regular shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Call hours: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Nightly backup call required
- Minimum availability: 1 full week (Monday–Monday)
Call Rotation:
Structured call schedule with shared responsibilities; details provided during interview.Practice Model:
- Primarily independent practice with minimal supervision
- Collaborative environment with a balanced MD/CRNA/APP care team
Case Mix: Cardiac is not a must but preferred
- General surgery
- Endoscopy
- Obstetrics (~450 deliveries annually)
- Orthopedics (including some spine cases)
- Urology
- Gynecology
- Podiatry
- Cardiac (~380 cases annually, including cath lab and TEE)
Procedures:
- Spinal anesthesia
- Regional blocks
- Epidurals
Facility Details:

4 OR's
- 1 dedicated cardiovascular room (cardiac experience preferred but not required)
- Daily staffing: 4 providers (MD/CRNA/APP mix)
- EMR: Epic
