Exciting locum opportunity for an Anesthesiologist in Lewisburg, PA! Join a dynamic hospital environment delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across a wide range of surgical specialties. Ideal for providers comfortable with call coverage and diverse case exposure.
Job Responsibilities
o Vascular, OB/GYN, General Surgery, GI
o Pediatrics, Plastics, Orthopedics, Robotics, Urology
• Perform advanced anesthesia techniques:
o MAC, Regional, Spinal, Ultrasound-guided procedures
• Handle high-volume orthopedic cases (must be proficient in nerve blocks)
• Participate in call coverage (3 PM – 7 AM when required)
• Collaborate with CRNAs (1:3 supervision ratio)
Qualifications
• Active Pennsylvania License (or willing to obtain)
• ACLS & PALS required
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
• Strong regional anesthesia (nerve block) skills REQUIRED
Working Hours
• Additional 16-hour call shifts
• Weekday call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM (as needed)
Skills
• Ultrasound-guided techniques
• Ability to manage diverse surgical cases
• Strong teamwork in a fast-paced hospital setting
