- Start as soon as credentialed- Ongoing need
- Shift times: 7:00am - 3:00pm (M-F) 2, 3:00pm - 5:00pm (M-F) 1, 5:00pm - 7:00am (M-F) 1 (Call)
- All MD’s must be CV- No general MDs will be accepted
- 219 hospital beds
- Level 2 trauma
- 11 POS
- 170 cardiac cases per year
- 24 obstetrics cases per year
- 1522 ortho cases per year
- 1348 general surgery cases per year
- 5807 outpatient surgery cases per year
- Cerner EMR
- Certifications: FL license required, FL DEA required, PALS, ACLS, BLS (AHA required), TB test required, Must be TEE Familiar
- Credentialing requirement: 24 months of case logs
- Temporary privileges approved on a case by case basis
