Anesthesiology position in: Mason City, IA

Cardiac Anesthesiology opening in Iowa Located in Mason City, IA Full-Time & Permanent Seeking a BE/BC Anesthesiologist to join hospital.

• The group includes seven physicians and twelve CRNAs and provides Anesthesia coverage for a progressive hospital and ASC in North Central Iowa.
• Daily work assignments and call rotation are divided between designated staff and physicians.
• The selected candidate will provide coverage for general cases, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho, Pediatric and OB.
• There is a Level 2 Trauma ER but no Pain Clinic. The selected candidate will also provide oversight of CRNAs.
• This position will cover Cardiac surgeries and provide Cardiac call Monday – Thursday.
• General Weekend call will be six weekends per year and one holiday per year.
• Call pay for Cardiac procedures Anesthesia performed in the hospital when on call.
• If no Cardiac cases are scheduled during the week, the provider will be assigned general cases.
• Cardiac Anesthesia Fellowship required, or TEE certification accepted. Comp:
