Overview:
* Seeking a Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years) General Anesthesiologist.
* Join a collaborative team of 50+ employed anesthesiologists.
* Practice across: Level I Trauma Center, Level III Trauma Center and Outpatient Surgery Center
* Diverse and high-acuity case mix including: Trauma, Obstetrics, Major spine, General surgery, Vascular, Thoracic, Orthopedics, ENT, Gynecology, Urology and GI procedures
* Inpatient and outpatient anesthesia coverage.
* Shared, manageable call rotation.
* Leadership and teaching opportunities optional.
* Physician-led, mission-driven health system.
* No locums or locums-to-perm.

Compensation & Benefits:
* Base salary: $469,000 – $520,000.
* $20,000 starting bonus.
* Quality incentive bonus up to $30,000 annually.
* Additional income through extra shift availability.

Requirements:
* MD or DO.
* Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Anesthesiology (within 5 years).
* Colorado medical license (or willing to obtain).
* DEA (must obtain prior to start).
* ACLS and BLS certifications.
* Comfortable practicing across trauma and outpatient settings.
* Team-oriented and committed to high-acuity anesthesia care. Estimated pay range/amount is $469,000 – $520,000.
