Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (as standard for this posting)
- Competitive salary package up to $469,000 - $520,000 annually
- $20,000 starting bonus

What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality anesthesia care for diverse surgical cases, including trauma, OB, spine, vascular, thoracic, orthopedic, ENT, gynecology, urology, and GI procedures
- Collaborate closely with surgical teams, nurses, and anesthesia staff in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Participate in a fair and manageable call rotation supporting work-life balance
- Maintain and expand procedural and clinical skills across multiple specialties
- Engage in mentorship and optional leadership activities
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement aligned with UCHealth’s mission
What You Need:
- Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Colorado
- Board-eligible or certified in Anesthesiology
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
- Ability to work across various surgical environments, including trauma centers and outpatient outpatient surgical centers
- Motivated to grow with a leading health system
