Overview
We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified General Anesthesiologist to join a highly collaborative, physician-led anesthesia team in a modern, high-acuity care environment. Practice Highlights
• Join a collaborative team of 50+ anesthesiologists
• Practice across Level I Trauma Center, Level III Trauma Center, and Outpatient Surgical Center
• Provide anesthesia care for a wide range of cases, including:
– Trauma and high-acuity cases
– Obstetrics (OB)
– Major spine, vascular, and thoracic procedures
– Orthopedics, ENT, general surgery, GI, urology, and gynecology
• Provide care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Equitable call rotation supporting work-life balance

Candidate Requirements
• Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Anesthesiology – REQUIRED
• Colorado Medical License (or willingness to obtain) – REQUIRED
• DEA certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start) – REQUIRED
• BLS and ACLS certifications – REQUIRED
• Must not require visa sponsorship – REQUIRED
• Strong commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
Schedule & Coverage
• Full-time permanent position
• Flexible scheduling options available
• Manageable call rotation
• Practice across multiple clinical settings including trauma centers and surgical facilities
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $469,000 – $520,000 annually
• $20,000 sign-on bonus
• Quality incentive bonus up to $30,000 annually
