Anesthesiologist Opportunities – Full-Time & PRN Positions Available

Are you a skilled anesthesiologist seeking new challenges and professional growth? A large, nonprofit regional health system is expanding its anesthesia team and is actively recruiting board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologists in the following areas of expertise:

  • General Anesthesia

  • Pediatric Anesthesia

  • Obstetric/Gynecologic Anesthesia

  • Cardiovascular Anesthesia

Position Overview

As an anesthesiologist within this collaborative, high-performing environment, you will provide comprehensive anesthesia services across a wide range of surgical specialties. The team is seeking physicians with experience or fellowship training in pediatric, OB/GYN, and cardiac anesthesia to support continued growth and service expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures, including pediatric, obstetric/gynecologic, and cardiac cases.

  • Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels to ensure optimal safety and comfort.

  • Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized anesthesia care plans.

  • Conduct preoperative evaluations and provide postoperative care, including pain management.

  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology

  • Fellowship training required for Cardiovascular Anesthesia

  • Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

  • Strong clinical skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
