Job Responsibilities
• Manage complex cardiac, vascular, and post-operative critical care patients
• Deliver comprehensive anesthesia services in general OR, obstetrics, and pediatrics
• Participate in shared OR and weekend call rotation
• Collaborate with surgeons, intensivists, CRNAs, and APPs
• Engage in protocol development, patient safety initiatives, and quality improvement
• Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR
Qualifications
• Fellowship-Trained in Critical Care Medicine (Required)
• Active Michigan medical license or eligibility to obtain
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Active DEA and controlled substance registration
• Clean malpractice and license history
