We are seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a well-established, hospital-employed anesthesia team in a high-acuity clinical environment. This role offers the opportunity to practice independently within a collaborative care model, supporting a broad range of surgical services. The position is available for full-time or part-time commitment and is ideal for CRNAs seeking clinical autonomy, professional stability, and a strong team culture in a coastal community setting.
Job Responsibilities
• Administer anesthesia for a wide variety of surgical procedures, excluding cardiac and neurosurgical cases
• Perform regional anesthesia techniques, including multiple types of nerve blocks
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff to ensure safe patient outcomes
• Participate in equitably shared call coverage with post-call time off
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with quality and safety standards
Qualifications
• Active Oregon license or willingness to obtain
• Minimum of 1 year of professional CRNA experience required
• Clean malpractice and professional background
• Recent NPDB self-query report required
• Must be eligible for independent practice per state regulations
Working Hours
• Shifts assigned based on department scheduling
• Paid call coverage with shared weekend responsibilities
