ROLE OVERVIEW Join 4 Anesthesiologists plus CRNAs & AA’s

• Schedule: Monday through Friday; Start at 6:30am and have a rotate off schedule as cases/rooms close
• 2 anesthesiologists scheduled per shift
• Performing solo cases required + opportunity to supervise CRNA’s & AA’s
• Call 1:8 rotating on/off Mon.-Fri; no weekend call; home call allowed.
• 40-50 cases per day; maximum of 10 operative sites which includes 2 endoscopy suites and 2 obstetric rooms
• New anesthesia Mindray machines, including new ultrasounds

Cases:

• No cardiac or neurosurgery cases.
• Bread & Butter general anesthesia cases {nerve blocks, A-lines, Epidurals}
• 8-9 starts a day
• 700 cases a month {~200 of those are endoscopies}
• OB services {~800 deliveries a year}
• Many robotic cases; state-of-the-art equipment including a Glideslope for emergency airways & Belmont for rapid infusers.
